FeelMyTune turns a customer's story into a personalised song — for a birthday, a wedding, a declaration or a tribute.
I co-built and operate the product end-to-end: the pipeline goes from order intake and Stripe payment to AI-assisted content generation, human review, customer communication and digital delivery.
Most of the repetitive production and support steps are automated, which lets a very small team handle real order volume without losing the personal touch.
UX, analytics and operational tooling are improved continuously, based on how customers actually order.
Product goals
An emotional product can't feel like a factory. The goal was to automate everything around the song — payment, generation, review queue, emails, delivery — so the time saved goes into what the customer actually pays for: a song that sounds like their story.
