Yupy is a B2B SaaS that manages music, audio announcements, scheduling and playback for physical venues and multi-site networks.

I own the product vision and technical architecture: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Directus and PostgreSQL, with role-based access, organisations / establishments / zones, device management and weekly scheduling. Playback runs on web / PWA and Android via Capacitor, with heartbeat, telemetry and operational analytics.

I also build the AI-assisted playlist and content workflows, and lead discovery, demos and pilots with retail, hospitality and service businesses.

FeelMyTune is a consumer product that turns customer briefs into personalised songs through an AI-assisted production workflow.

I designed the end-to-end pipeline — order intake, Stripe payment, content generation, review, customer communication and digital delivery — and automated the repetitive production and support steps.

Niouw was my consultancy for custom SaaS, AI, CRM and business automation.

I designed and delivered custom applications, internal tools and CRM workflows from discovery to production — including 20+ automation workflows for an 11-location retail group, connecting web leads, CRM, appointments, email, messaging and reporting.

I worked directly with business owners and operations teams to clarify ambiguous requirements, explain trade-offs, estimate work and handle support.
